This Privacy Policy explains how AILalo (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AILalo iOS app (the “App”). The App is a character-look studio. It is not a social network and not a face-identification system.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to run the App.
A. Information you give us
- Photos you choose from your library when you generate a Video look, an Image look, or a Create job
- Text prompts and selected model tags
- Optional Profile nickname and avatar you set on the device
- Feedback you send us
- Report details if you report a template
B. Information created by the App
- A device identifier used to create and restore your session
- Task records (status, type, timestamps, result links while they remain available)
- Favorites you save
- Energy balance and purchase records needed to deliver and verify an in-app purchase
- Basic technical logs (app version, device type, crash or error information)
C. Tracking information (only after you allow it)
If Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown and you allow tracking, we may receive IDFA and attribution data through Adjust so we can understand which campaign brought you to the App and measure Energy purchases. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, we do not use IDFA for that purpose.
We do not require a social-media login. We do not operate a public feed of other users.
2. Face and Photo Data
If you upload a photo of a person, we process that image, including facial appearance, only to generate the look you requested.
We do not use face data to identify who you are, to unlock the device, or to build a face-recognition database. We do not sell face data.
Photos are sent to our servers and generation providers so the job can be completed. Keep a photo only as long as needed to generate the result, show it to you in Tasks, and handle support or abuse reports. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated uploads and task records except where we must keep a limited record for law, security, or accounting.
Do not upload a child’s sexual image. Do not upload another person’s photo unless you have their permission.
3. How We Use Information
- Create and keep your session
- Generate Video, Image, and Create looks
- Show previews, tasks, favorites, and Energy
- Verify Apple in-app purchases
- Improve reliability and fix errors
- Review reports and prevent abuse
- Measure campaigns and purchases through Adjust after you allow tracking
- Respond to email you send us
- Comply with law
We do not use your photos to train a public social graph. We do not use your content to contact other users.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
- Generation and hosting providers - to process a job and return a result
- Apple - payment, StoreKit receipts, and refunds
- Adjust - attribution and purchase measurement, after you allow tracking
- Professional advisers or authorities - if required by law, or to protect users and the App
- A buyer of the business - if we are involved in a merger or sale, under continued confidentiality
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos with other users.
5. Third-Party Links
In-app pages such as Terms and Privacy open our websites. Energy promotions may open a page we operate. Those pages follow this Policy unless a separate notice is shown.
6. Retention
- Session and device identifier: while the account is active
- Tasks and generated results: while you can access them, then as needed for support or abuse handling
- Purchase records: as required for accounting and Apple’s rules
- Tracking data: according to Adjust and our campaign settings
- Feedback and report emails: as needed to handle the request
When you delete your account in Profile, we delete or de-identify personal data we no longer need. Backups may take a short time to clear. We may keep limited records if the law requires it.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- access or correct information we hold about you
- delete your account in Profile, or email us to request deletion
- withdraw tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- object to or restrict certain processing
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
9. International Processing
Your information may be processed on servers outside the place where you live, including where our hosting or generation providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it in transit and at rest.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please notify us if you think your account or a job result has been accessed without permission.
11. Purchases and Refunds
Energy is purchased through Apple. Apple processes the payment. For billing questions or refunds, use Apple’s report-a-problem page or your Apple ID purchase history. We do not receive your full card number.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy. The new version applies when it is posted in the App or at the Privacy URL. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notice you.
